Dr. Elvis Ngonga currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Action Plus Group. Dr. Elvis hold a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of South Dakota, along with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and English from the University of Utah, fluent in English, French, and several African languages, and currently studying Spanish.
With over 8 years of experience in compliance and risk management, Dr. Elvis have held key roles at Wells Fargo, American Express, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and WebBank. My work focuses on regulatory compliance, internal controls, and operational risk, leveraging tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, RSA Archer, and Tableau.
Beyond my professional career, He also serve as a minister at ACSAM ( Association Camerounaise Pour Le Salut Du monde) . Dr. Elvis is married to Vivian, and blessed with four children—three daughters and a son. Dr. Elvis bring a global mindset, strong ethical values, and a deep commitment to service in both my professional and personal life.
